At Birai Boutique, we are committed to processing and delivering every order with the utmost care and efficiency.

Shipping Area We ship exclusively within the United States.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation is received. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days and may extend processing time.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery of your order.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the package weight and delivery location within the United States.

Delivery Time Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days. During peak seasons (October through December), delivery times may be extended due to carrier capacity, which is outside of our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package at all times.

Shipping Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us the same day at Biraiboutique@gmail.com. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost Packages Once USPS or UPS confirms delivery of the package, Birai Boutique is not responsible for any subsequent loss. In that case, the customer must contact the carrier directly. We strongly recommend verifying all your information before confirming your order.

Damaged Packages If you receive a package with visible damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Biraiboutique@gmail.com with photos of the package and the product. We will evaluate each case individually.

Returned Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other reasons attributable to the customer, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
